STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT

Stamford may be the “City that Works” but it’s also the “City that Plays.” Here are some FUN and
ENTERTAINING activities for adults to do or try, courtesy of your local REALTOR, The
Commodore.
He, of course, recommends that there is always time to GO TO THE BEACH or to GO FISHING,
SAILING or MOTORBOATING!  Stamford sits directly on Long Island Sound - - one of the
NATION’S best places to participate in water sports.  Or take in a cultural event!  He’s put
together lots of ideas he thought you’d enjoy.
You don’t need a beach sticker for your car after Labor.  Just park in a lot adjacent to the beach.
You’ll discover Stamford waters and beaches to be attractive, clean, “laid back” and just plain fun
places to hang out.  Bring suntan lotion, beach towels, beach umbrellas and a little money to buy
drinks and snacks. There is still some summer left.
Please take a moment to see what Stanford offers. You won’t be sorry! Enjoy the “Stamford
Lifestyle” and check out 2005 house sales (below) for Stamford.
